We should invest in AX (Agents Experience)
AI Agents are becoming out new teammates, and we need to guide them if want them to produce good outputs (or even outcomes). When we provide good context, they're do a better job staying in lane and do what we need to do. So I was thinking, we should treat them as a new entity that requires its own UX to work properly, a bit like DX.
- Related to There's not difference in maintainability in AI vs Human generated code, in order to generate maintainable code, we need to provide the right context
- We also know that Agentic AI works better for well know, linear processes, and we should try to make their workflows easy to follow
